Guangdong Huaping Hygiene Material Industrial Co.,Ltd. main products include PE cast film,PE breathable film,PE perforated film,Multicolor printed film,Nonwoven Laminated film,Anti-counterfeiting Holographic film etc .

Breathable film is an environmentally friendly functional material that is breathable (steam) and water-proof (liquid, bacteria, dust). The emergence of microporous breathable membrane has a history of more than 20 years, and it has developed rapidly in the past 10 years. China is at the initial stage in terms of technology, market and application.

Polyolefin breathable film is made by adding inert filler into PE or PP carrier, making film and stretching. For personal hygiene care products, breathable membrane is an upgraded product of ordinary water-proof membrane. The breathable film and the ordinary film cannot be simply replaced. Whether the structure design of the final product is reasonable or not is very important to the breathable effect of the breathable film!

PE breathable film,Multicolor printed film,Anti-counterfeiting Holographic film

The so-called breathable film is a functional inorganic product that is evenly added to the polyolefin raw material, so that the product will have pores due to high-stretching during the film forming process, so that it has the function of ventilation and moisture conduction; the function of the breathable film In short: water-proof, breathable (moisture), take the most commonly used breathable film as a carrier of PE as an example.

The basic film forming principle of breathable film:

Breathable film film forming principle: PE+CaCO3 (masterbatch) — film forming — stretching — breathable film

The PE breathable film is made by adding about 50% of special calcium carbonate to the LDPE/LLDPE polyethylene resin carrier for blending, and then directional stretching at a certain ratio after being extruded into a film. Since polyethylene resin is a thermoplastic material, it can be stretched and crystallized under certain conditions. During stretching, interfacial peeling occurs between the polymer and calcium carbonate particles, and interconnected winding pores are formed around the calcium carbonate particles. Or channels, it is these pores and channels that give the film its breathable (wet) function, thereby communicating the environment on both sides of the film.
