PE stretch film is a new type of packaging material in the logistics industry. It can be widely used in the centralized packaging of various goods. The production of this material has great requirements on temperature, so what kind of requirements does it have on temperature during production:
In the production process of PE stretch film, it can be divided into the following two stages according to the temperature:
1.Heating stage
Under the premise of ensuring that the PE stretched film blank is not affected by the steam, the heating time should be shortened as much as possible, as long as the steam is continuously and evenly sent to the curing room for 1 to 1.5 hours.
2.Constant temperature stage
The constant temperature stage is an important stage for the green body to undergo hydration and hydrothermal synthesis to increase the strength. With the extension of the constant temperature time, more and more hydrates are gathered, and the strength increases faster and faster. But after the constant temperature reaches a certain time, the strength growth begins to slow down. Different ratios of raw materials, different production processes, the produced aerated blocks have a corresponding optimal constant temperature time.
For example, under the humid and hot conditions of 96-100 ℃, the constant temperature time is 8 hours in spring and autumn, 7 hours in summer and 10 hours in winter. In the cooling stage, when the production volume is large and the space in the curing room is not enough, the door of the curing room should be opened and the temperature should be cooled quickly, which will cause temperature difference stress between the surface and the inside of the PE stretched film, which will cause the surface to be pulled and easily form microcracks. Therefore, the cooling rate must be controlled, and the cooling rate should not exceed 10°C every 30 minutes; the temperature difference between the inside and outside of the curing room should not exceed 30°C, and the finished product can be released from the room.
